This trio was born in France in 2015, in a series of concerts at the Opera of Lyon and a tour in french festivals. It features the great bassist James Cammack, who is performing with legendary Ahmad Jamal for more than 35 years. This is a collaboration with pianist Antoine Bacherot and drummer Josselin Hazard, young players from the french jazz scene. The trio has played in European festivals like Jazz a Vienna and Jazz en Tête, and has recorded the album "The Pursuit" a year ago.
